colombian supremo-huila

OMG!!! I accidently roasted a couple of pounds of this bean very light, about 1/2 way through 1st crack’ish. Had some “technical difficulties” resulting in the the roast ending very early. Thought I was going to have to throw the beans away but Sooz convinced me to keep them. Boy am I glad we did. This bean roasted light was AWESOME!! Smooth, chocolaty, even some hints of carmel and very full bodied. Wow, I couldn’t believe it!! It’s our new favorite displacing the Kenya AA Fancy which we thought would be in the top spot for a long long time. Try the Colombian Supremo roasted light, it is scrumptious!! DTW
