
I roasted this Costa Rican to a Full City + and perhaps a bit beyond. Bean the looked and smelled great until I ground her up and made a cup. I quickly realized I over-roasted this bean. All the nutty smoothness and chocolaty undertones were gone replaced by the dreaded char flavor. This bean should never be roasted beyond City+.
