
OMG!!! I accidently roasted a couple of pounds of this bean very light, about 1/2 way through 1st crack’ish. Had some “technical difficulties” resulting in the the roast ending very early. Thought I was going to have to throw the beans away but Sooz convinced me to keep them. Boy am I glad we did.
Wow, this is one of my favorites in awhile. Roasted to just shy of Full City this bean bursts with nutty delight with a little chocolate and carmel mixed in for good measure. I haven’t roasted it past Full City yet but from what I’ve heard it should stand up just fine.
Roasted this bean again and made sure to only go to City+. Perfect!! Nutty and full bodied. Hints of chocolate with a very smooth finish.

I roasted this Costa Rican to a Full City + and perhaps a bit beyond. Bean the looked and smelled great until I ground her up and made a cup. I quickly realized I over-roasted this bean.
