From the peaks of peru
Peru has quietly become one of the most exciting coffee origins in the world, and our newest coffee is a perfect example of why.Grown at nearly 2,300 meters and traditionally washed, this coffee offers exceptional clarity and sweetness with notes of red grape, cane syrup, and nutmeg. Produced by second-generation farmer Eduardo Linares on his family farm in the highlands of Cajamarca, Peru, this traceable lot highlights the vibrant character and promise of Peru’s emerging coffee landscape.
