The Solanos have raised the bar on natural process specialty coffees, and this one is no exception. This coffee is grown in the foothills of the Poás volcano, in the lush, fertile Sabanilla de Alajuela region. The verdant terroir creates a complex and tantalizing flavor profile that will have you thinking about this coffee long after your cup is empty.

Expect an array of ripe and aromatic tropical fruit notes, like pink guava (akin to passion fruit) and black cherry. As you sip, you’ll experience hints of aromatic, fruity florals, like lavender or raspberry jam. The fresh and elevated acidity is deeply satisfying, and a hint of lime zest provides a clean and sweet finish that will leave you wanting more.
