This allows us ample time to coordinate staffing, customize the menu (if needed), and handle any special logistics related to your venue or event type. While we’ll always do our best to be flexible with shorter notice, advanced booking helps us guarantee availability and a seamless setup for your big day.

Yes! To book the Brew Truck, we have a minimum spend of $750 for events up to 50 guests. This includes two hours of services, delicious handcrafted beverages, professional barista staffing, tax, and gratuity—so you can relax and enjoy your event while we take care of the delicioous coffee.

The Brew Truck is based in Tampa, Florida, and typically travels within a 35-mile radius of the city. If you’re unsure whether your location qualifies, just reach out—we’d love to see if we can make it work!

Nope! The Brew Truck is fully self-sufficient and does not require access to electricity or water at your event location. We’re equipped with everything we need to operate independently, so setup is simple and hassle-free—just tell us where to park, and we’ll take care of the rest!

The Brew Truck comes fully stocked with a variety of our signature craft beverages. Pasteries, breakfast sandwhiches, and other food packages can be added upon request. Let us know what you’re envisioning, and we’ll help customize the menu to fit your needs!

All deposits are non-refundable. Once your deposit is made, it secures your event date and covers initial preparation costs, and therefore cannot be refunded.
