Sanchez’s single-origin beans are meticulously hand picked, sorted and processed, yielding a fresh, clean taste that is simply superb. The cup has a structured acidity that brings out juicy citrus notes akin to fresh orange and lemon. Hints of marzipan and walnut balance out the citrus, leaving you with a surprise hint of lemonade at the finish.
