Tampa’s iconic Bern's Steak House has partnered with specialty coffee roaster Buddy Brew to create “Up All Nitro,” an exciting new coffee cocktail for the legendary steak purveyor’s winter cocktail menu.
Perfect for late night rendezvous and festive gatherings in the cozy confines of Bern’s at 1208 Howard Avenue, Up All Nitro is an elevated and fresh take on the classic espresso martini.
Mixologists at Bern’s and Buddy Brew baristas collaborated on the cocktail recipe. It features a concentrated version of Buddy Brew’s ready-to-drink BOLT Nitro Cold Brew (small-batch brewed exclusively for Bern’s) and 84.8 proof Michter’s Straight Rye Whiskey.
BOLT’s chocolatey tasting notes pair elegantly with the whiskey’s rich, pepper and spice, and undertones of citrus and butterscotch. St. Elizabeth’s Allspice Dram and housemade black tea chai concentrate bring comforting notes of clove, cinnamon and nutmeg in this innovative new coffee cocktail.
